Responsibilities
- Assisting with preparation of financial reports and taxation returns across a wide-ranging clientele
- Exposure to wide ranging structures from individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and SMSFs
- Processing of BAS/IAS with a range of accounting software packages including Xero, Reckon & MYOB
- Liaising with the Australian Tax Office and other regulatory bodies
Required Skills
- Completed or completing a university degree in relevant field (accounting, business or similar)
- Strong skills with the Microsoft office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks as well as take direction from managers.
