Responsibilities
• Help grow and develop the Financial Planning division.
• Provision of comprehensive Financial Planning advice to clients encompassing strategies such as Investments, Superannuation, (inc SMSF), Transitions to Retirement strategies, Centrelink Planning, Cash Flows, SMSF's, Aged Care and Risk.
• Build and strengthen staff relationships to obtain internal client referrals from other divisions.
• Source external referrals from personal networks.
• Meet monthly budgets and key performance indicators.

• Client focused and have a willingness to help and support our existing and new clients in achieving their goals and objectives.
• Committed to ethical and compliant dealings with clients.
• Have a good understanding of the current legislative and technical framework in relation to investments, taxation, superannuation, and risk insurance.
• Enjoy working autonomously as well as within our talented team.
Required Skills
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial Planner.
• Must meet the FASEA education requirements.
• Highest level of ethics and positive compliance checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive and develop internal and external relationships.
