Administrator - Finance

Geelong Office

Our Geelong Lending division are currently seeking an experienced administration person with a high customer focus (lending or banking experience preferred but is not essential).

Responsibilities

  •  Drafting email correspondence
  • Client file management
  • Liaising with clients via both email and phone
  • Liaising with a variety of external stakeholders including real estate agents, finance institutions and legal representatives
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills

  • The ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage your own workload within a supportive team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
