Luke is a Ballarat local and began his career working part time at Mulcahy & Co whilst completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at the University of Ballarat (now Federation University). Luke completed his degree with Distinction and was awarded the best third year student in business law in his final year. From there Luke’s formal education expanded to becoming a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and completing his Diploma of Financial Planning. Luke also completed the Ballarat and Western Region Leadership program in 2020 that provided him the opportunity to engage in the local community.

Luke’s depth of expertise is wide and varied across all aspects of taxation, business performance and personal finance. With a range of clients expanding across almost all industries locally and across Australia, Luke embraces the ability to work with clients located anywhere. He has experience working with businesses of all sizes from sole traders to large international businesses. Luke has experience at all stages of the business life cycle from start-ups to those looking to expand and all the way through to those looking at succession and sale. 

Luke feels fortunate to work with a variety of successful business owners and individuals and gains the most satisfaction from assisting them to achieve and maintain their financial goals.  Luke believes in educating and building relationships with his clients to help them fully understand their financial position. This allows the ability to tailor his advice to his client’s individual needs.
